Return & Cancellation Policy

14 Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your shipment without providing a reason.

Due to EU safety, health, and firearms compliance regulations, the 14 day return policy does not apply to:

  • Firearms & Serialized Components: Once a legal transfer or registration pass has been executed at a local dealer, firearms cannot be returned via standard withdrawal.
  • Ammunition & Reloading Powder: For safety and legal tracking reasons, opened or delivered ammunition and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
  • Custom & Modified Goods: Items customized or altered by our gunsmith workshop specifically to your specifications.

Frequently Asked Return Questions

Can I return standard items without giving a reason?

Yes. You may return unregulated accessories, optics, non-serialized parts, and clothes within 14 days of receipt. While providing a reason is not required, we appreciate comments so that we can continue to enhance our product collection.

Should I return goods in their original packaging?

Yes. Please return things that are complete, undamaged, clean, and in their original packing, with all documentation. Consumers are legally responsible for any lost value caused by extra handling beyond assessing the item’s nature and functionality.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and reviewing your returned products. If you return an item in person to our showroom, we can complete your refund right away.

How to Process a Return

Option A: Return via carrier or mail.

Please send an email to sales@gunstoreeu.com with your Order ID to get a Return Authorization Form.

Securely package the goods, including the purchase invoice and a completed return page with your IBAN/bank account information.

Ship to our closest address.

Option B: Return in Person.

Bring the unused item, along with your original receipt and proper ID, to any of our showrooms during business hours.

Business & Wholesale Returns

Only B2C purchases are subject to the standard 14 day consumer withdrawal procedure. Evaluations of corporate entity or wholesale account returns are carried out on an individual basis by your assigned account manager.
