Dependability in the Second Strike and Full Frame Utility

The Taurus full-size debut in the duty-grade polymer handgun market is the G3 9mm (Model 1 G3941). This 9x19mm pistol is designed to provide smooth shooting, fast sight tracking, and high capacity performance for sport, home defence, and professional carry. It has an all-black tactical look, a sturdy matte black carbon steel slide, and a tough polymer frame.

The G3 platform’s second strike capability is one of its revolutionary features. The trigger mechanism enables you to rapidly hit the primer again without manually cycling the slide to clear the round in the unlikely event that a hard primer causes the primer to fail to ignite.

Ergonomic Accuracy and Slide Performance

• Ergonomic Palm Swell and Memory Pads: Designed with integrated palm swells, strategic grip stippling, and side frame Memory Pads for easy thumb and index finger alignment.
• The refined performance trigger has a brief tactile reset for quick follow-up shots, a clean take-up, a sharp break, and a smooth 6.0 lb trigger pull.
• Front and Rear Machined Serrations: During press inspections or emergency slide manipulation, positive traction is ensured by deep slide serrations at both the front and rear.
• Bevelled Frame and Slide Edges: The slide’s front and back are uniformly bevelled to avoid snagging during holster pulls and quick reholstering.
• High Capacity Versatility: Comes with both an extended 17-round magazine and a 15-round flush magazine.
